We want to keep you informed about our store's comprehensive Return and Refund policies. All the essential details are outlined below for your convenience. We appreciate your choice in selecting us.
By making a purchase, you agree to our Returns and Refunds policy.
If you change your mind:
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order by 11 PM (MT/GMT-7) by emailing us.
- Store Credit: Keep the item after receiving it and receive a store credit for future purchases amounting to 10% of your item price, excluding shipping. Store credits are applied instantly.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or canceled.
Damaged Items:
- You can request a refund or reprint/reorder if you receive a damaged item. Requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Please keep the item and provide photographic and video evidence of the damage. Each request will be considered on an individual basis.
- If your product was not delivered due to the fault of the transport company, our store is not responsible.
Main Rules:
- By submitting an order and receiving confirmation that the order has been accepted for production, you acknowledge that order contents (products, shipping method, delivery addresses, phone number, and full name) cannot be further modified.
- If the shipment details are incorrect or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, The Chic Cover store cannot be held responsible.
- The Chic Cover store does not provide refunds for orders still in transit. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the specified delivery address for the order is valid and accurate.
- If a delivery of an order is incomplete due to an invalid or incorrect address, the customer can request a reshipment of the order. Costs associated with reshipment of the order shall be borne by the customer.
- If tracking of an order states that it has been delivered, yet the customer reports it as not received, The Chic Cover store reserves the right to refuse a free reprint or refund. Such cases will be individually investigated by our Support team.
- An order can be delayed due to delays from shipping carriers. The Chic Cover store cannot guarantee precise delivery dates on shipping, as it is dependent on the shipping carriers. Consequently, The Chic Cover store assumes no liability associated with delays and does not offer any reprints and/or refunds caused by shipping delays.
Refunds:
- We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. You can receive store credits or a refund to your original payment method.
- If approved, store credits are applied instantly, or youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since weβve approved your return, please contact us at shop@chiccover.store or contact your bank or credit card company.
